The staff were friendly, reliable and honest. The breakfast cappuccino was honestly one the best I've ever had! The location is spectacular, it's very easy to get anywhere in the city from here and it's bustling and lively neighborhood. The room was old, but good and clean and had a nice big windows to view the happenings on the street. You have to set your expectations appropriate to the city, I think, but with that in mind it was an excellent stay.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. Extremely good breakfast with a full variety of food and drinks. I had the Accessible room, and that had very good facilities, with a good chair and raised toilet. While staying in Naples, my powered wheelchair broke, and the staff were extremely helpful in looking for a way to patch it up so that I could get it home again, which I am very grateful for.

The property serves a good choice of breakfast, the staff is around throughout the whole time when it is served to prepare you a fresh cup of coffee, or tea. Our room very very well equipped, even had a huge jacuzzi in it! After a whole day spent wondering around Naples, those jacuzzi bubbles were well deserved :) At the day of our departure we had to leave before breakfast was served, hence the property owner/manager ensured it was brought to our room the night before, so we can have some refreshment before leaving the place. They have also arranged a taxi to come and pick us up at the morning of our departure - a good choice to make as it was much cheaper this way than to catch a taxi on the street.

The hosts, Marina and Anna, were fantastic and made our stay extremely comfortable. They were attentive to all our needs and always there to help us. Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable, centrally located and close to all ferries departing from Naples. Great restaurant right next to the place (Vineco Ristorante & Pizzeria). We will stay there for sure next time we are in Naples. Airline lost our luggage and we were late arriving at the hotel way past the check-in time, Marina stayed late and waited for to check us in, which was truly world-class!

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful and room was clean. The location is very good, near the Metro and not too far from port.

Strategically located near the port and also city center. Convenient to walk to anywhere. Room is very clean and maintained to high standard. Room is big, separate toilet, jacuzzi and balcony view. Easy check in and friendly butler cum barista and breakfast chef. We had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Service, room was nice and everything was perfectly clean. Fridge with water and cola filled in for free everyday. Location is just perfect. We needed to leave very early for the airport, the taxi was arranged for us and we even got small breakfast in the room for us. Breakfast room is very nice and cozy, there was enough food and very good variety/selection. Would definitely want to come back.

Our flight got in late and then we had to wait in a queue for a taxi to the property. Communication was great and they patiently waited for us to arrive. We were famished when we arrived and recommended a late night restaurant. After showing us to our room, they delivered ice for our cocktails. Breakfast was easy and served quickly. Thank goodness for the Italian coffee culture, coffee was the real deal and delicious, no Nespresso or "quick serve" coffee machines used here. LOVED the balcony, although the sun over takes the balcony fairly early in the morning. We would have loved to sit out there at the end of the day with a glass of wine.

Modern furnishings, very comfortable, in the heart of Napoli nearby The Toledo ahopping, Spanish Quarter and many restaurants. Easy metro connection. Awesome breakfast, complete.

The staff were great! Accommodated our early tour time and had breakfast ready for us before we left! A small problem with plumbing was taken care of very quickly!
